Bus Service
Timetables from 28th May 2012 for the local bus services that stop in Baginton, running from Coventry to Kenilworth and Kenilworth to Coventry, can be found on the attachments below. The times for the 539 and 580 services are combined onto a single timetable for ease of use. Please note that the 580 service does not go on to Kenilworth. Superfast Broadband
Warwickshire County Council (WCC) is leading the application for superfast broadband in Warwickshire. Baginton is within the “white zone” occupied with Stoneleigh Park, Ashow and Stoneleigh, hence is eligible for Grant Funding.
If you are interested in improving broadband speeds, then please take time to sign up and complete the questionnaire via the dedicated Coventry, Solihull and Warwickshire website www.cswbroadband.org.uk. The more of us who complete the questionnaire, the stronger the chance is of us securing this service, as monies will be made available based on need.
Village Hall
Seats a maximum of 100 in the main hall with a smaller room available for joint or separate bookings. Self-catering facilities are available. The village hall is located in its own grounds in the centre of the village to the rear of the Lucy Price playing field.
During 2010 the hall was refurbished with the installation of replacement patio doors and windows and a new kitchen. The latter is equipped with a cooker, microwave, fridge, kettles and crockery.
