Party in the Park 2012
The 2012 event on Saturday 14th July was a resounding success and thanks go to everyone who helped to make it such a wonderful day. A slideshow of photographs taken during the daytime and evening can be viewed on the event photographer's website.
The Baginton Cycle Ride
The Baginton Cycle Ride took place on Saturday 10th September 2011 and it is anticipated that it will become an annual event.
There were 12 riders who took part, in addition to Mick Ives the organiser. The youngest rider was 6 years old and the oldest 70+ years. Riders included two parish councillors and the furthest entrant came from Ryton on Dunsmore.
£56 was raised from entrance fees, with an additional £30 in donations, with further money pledged. The money will be set aside to be used for children's activities within the village.
Party In The Park 2011
Baginton's first Party in the Park took place on Saturday 11th June 2011.
Thank you very much to everyone who came along. We hope you enjoyed the event as much as the team enjoyed working on the project.
For the first event we were pleased with the turnout and felt that it ran reasonably smoothly.
