SERVICES & INFORMATION

Bus Service - A summary of the bus times from each stop can be viewed here.

It takes about 15 minutes to get to Pool Meadow Coventry and about 1 hour to get to Kenilworth Clock. It takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes to get to Clifton Road, Rugby.

There is a combined timetable for the 24, 24A, 25 and 25A services.

From 1st September 2024, most of the buses get to and from Coventry by taking a direct toute along the A45 London Road and Ring Road to Pool Meadow. Most no longer pass along Brentwood Avenue and the Leamington Road past the Railway Station.

It should be noted that not all buses call at all stops in the village. The 24/24A Kenilworth to Coventry and 25A Rugby to Coventry call at all stops, but the 25 Rugby to Coventry only calls at The Old Mill and Holly Walk as it uses Rowley Road.

More detailed timetables with all intermediary stops can be viewed on the National Express Coventry website.

None of the above services run on a Sunday or public holiday.

The number 13 bus service now has some buses that run between SEGRO park and Coventry Hales Street via Willenhall and Brandon Road with a stop close to Baginton by the Coventry airport west gate on Orchard Way. The timetable for the 13 service shows the specific times that the bus runs to Segro Park rather than terminating in Willenhall. It operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with a half hourly service between 5am and 10.16am and from 1.16pm until 11pm with a less frequent service overnight. The timetable from the Coventry Airport West Gate can be viewed here.

There is a bus twice a week to Leamington Spa. The 69 Flexibus operated by A & M serves Baginton on Mondays and Thursdays and leaves the Oak Close stop at 0939. It travels via the Parade in Leamington and on to the Shires retail park, arriving at 1032. The return bus leaves the retail park at 1220 arriving back at Church Road bus shelter at 1314.

Community Orchard - With funding and initial help and advice from the Rural Development Programme, various fruit trees were planted in the Millennium Field in 2010/2011 to create a community orchard. A further fifteen trees were added in February 2012.  Volunteers give time throughout the year to weed, water and prune the orchard and as it develops there will hopefully be plenty of fruit for community use. Full details, including a list of trees, can be found on the Community Orchard page.
