BOOKING THE VILLAGE HALL

You can make a booking enquiry by using our On-Line Booking System below. We will then check your booking and send you a confirmation. We aim to be as responsive as possible, however please bear in mind that we are a volunteer organisation so are not always available.

Prior to booking, please read our Terms & Conditions of Hire which you will be asked to accept during the booking process.

To make a booking enquiry go to ‘select room’ on the calendar below, select a room option from the drop down menu, choose your date and click the blue + symbol next to the date and fill in the booking enquiry form. Please remember to include extra time for setting up and tidying up. 

If you are already a registered user just sign in (you can do this directly from the calendar at any time). New users will be asked to complete a registration form before proceeding

 

On the booking form itself you will see blue question mark tooltip icons against every question, which provide a detailed explanation of requirements and options. For further information, Hallmaster has provided a short user guide, which should tell you everything you need to know.

Children’s Party Hire: we recommend a 4 hour booking slot for £60 which includes tables, chairs, kitchen for food storage and making hot drinks, outdoor space and includes set up and clearing away time. All children’s parties must be finished by 6pm.

We are no longer taking any ad hoc evening bookings.

Bookings for parties are only taken for Baginton residents.
