PARTY IN THE PARK 2019

Party in the Park takes places on Saturday 13th July 2019 on the Millennium field.

 

As well as a fully licensed bar and Pig Roast, there will also be a great selection of live music, a childrens’ entertainer, fireworks and the traditional Proms Finale.

 

Acts this year are: -

The Jaguar Land Rover Brass Band - recognised as one of the finest brass bands in the UK made up of some of the best instrumentalists from across the Midlands,

The Subterraneans - A 5 piece band who not only cover great classics like U2, Killers, Kings of Leon, but also backed Hazel O'Connor for ten years

The Bombshell Belles -This trio of wartime pin-ups presents a selection of popular hits from the 40s and 50s.

Bananadrama - This energetic trio takes you back to a time where perms were fashionable and female artists were taking over the charts with infectious pop hits.

Do I need a ticket for the event?

Adults need a valid ticket to gain entrance. No Ticket = No Entry

Children under 16 can enjoy free admission to the event when accompanied by an adult

How much are tickets and where can I get them from?

****All tickets have now been sold**** - this means that entry is by ticket only and you cannot pay at the gate on the day.

 

What time do gates open?

Entry for ticket holders is from 4pm

There is no early entry allowed to set up gazebos etc

 

Are dogs allowed?

Assistance dogs only

 

Can I bring a gazebo?

There is limited space for those wishing to set up small gazebos. This is on a first come first served basis from 4pm only

 

Can I have a BBQ/fire?

The use of BBQs, fire pits etc on the Millennium Field is prohibited

 

Where can I park?

Car parking on the field costs £3. NO TRAILERS ALLOWED

Alternative car parking is available at The Oak public house

Please be considerate to local residents when parking

 

Can I buy a ticket for/book a car parking space on the field?

Car parking on the field for £3 is on a first come first served basis on the day and cannot be pre-booked.

When can I collect my car from the field?

Cars left on the field overnight need to be collected between 10am and midday on Sunday 14th July. A fine may be incurred outside of these times.

 

Can I camp overnight?

Camping overnight on the Millennium Field is prohibited

 

What happens if I get injured at the event?

First Aid is located next to the entrance gate

 

What happens if I lose or damage my property?

We are sorry if any of your personal property is lost or damaged at the event. Baginton Events cannot be held responsible for this.

When volunteers are clearing up after the event, any property found will be taken to The Oak public house.

 

Can I get my money back for tickets if I can’t come?

Tickets are non-refundable

 

Can we bring a ball to play with?

Ball games are only permitted outside of the main area
