HIRE CHARGES FOR THE VILLAGE HALL

Hire Charges

Rates are shown per hour (unless otherwise indicated) and include use of tables and chairs, heating, lighting and Wi-Fi. Discounts are available to regular hirers with 10+ bookings per year.

Please include any set up or tidy up times in your booking calculations.

Main Hall: -

Standard from £15/hr

Committee Room: -

Whole Hall i.e. exclusive use of main hall, committee room, kitchen, grounds and car park: -

Standard fixed daily rate starting at £130

Commercial fixed daily rate starting at £y

Please note that the full hire charge will be due for any booking cancelled less than 14 days before the date of the event, unless we are able to secure a replacement booking.

Children’s Party Hire: we recommend a 4 hour booking slot for £60 which includes tables, chairs, kitchen for food storage and making hot drinks, outdoor space and includes set up and clearing away time. All children’s parties must be finished by 6pm.
